The game plays very similarly to standard {{wp|darts}}; every round, each player throws three darts at a dartboard, each section of the board corresponding to different point values, with the goal of getting exactly 301 points. If a player's total goes past 301 points in a round, the points for that round are lost. If the next throw can win, the game will notify the player that they are close.<ref group="n">When the remaining number of points is any number from 1 to 22, 24 to 28, 30, 32, 33, 34, 36, 38, 39, 40, 42, 45, 48, 50, 51, 54, 57, or 60, which are all the possible points for a single dart.</ref> The game ends when either a player gets exactly 301 points (at which they are declared the victor) or ten rounds have passed. In the victory screen, the winner jumps at the camera, second place will wave towards the camera, third place will cross their arms and repeatedly look away from the camera, and last place rolls in the background.

<blockquote>
1 Choose players and start.<br>
2 Throw a dart during your turn.<br>
3 You receive points for the area around where your dart landed. The outer ring is worth double. The inner ring is worth triple.

4 The points you score after 3 throws are subtracted from your starting score, which is 301.<br>
5 Once everyone has thrown, the round ends. Whoever reduces their points to 0 in 10 rounds wins!<br>
6 If you drop under 0, then you lose, or bust.

==Notes==
*Though the menu lists the minigame's name as Darts, the title card refers to it as '''Dart Club'''.<ref>[https://youtu.be/UwiaD_pxfhQ?t=63 WarioWare Smooth Moves - Multiplayer Fun (Part 1) - Darts]</ref> This is likely due to the Japanese name being "Darts Club". This was fixed in later versions of the game.
