Dark Goombas also appear in the final battle with [[Dark Bowser]] in ''[[Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story]]''. After Dark Bowser is revived by [[Dark Star Core|Dark Fawful]], he throws a ball of Dark enemies. Dark Goombas try to run into [[Bowser]], and he needs to punch them back.
