It is found in [[Tubba Blubba's Castle]], accessible by bombing a wall in the room above it with [[Bombette]], using the [[Ground Pound|Spin Jump]] through a broken floor, and flying to the platform the Badge is on with [[Parakarry]]. If [[Mario]] is equipped with it, he is able to perform D-Down Jump, which is a [[jump]] attack that costs two [[Flower Point|FP]]. For that move only, it [[Piercing attack|ignores the defense]] of the target, making it equal to zero; it always deals the damage of a regular jump.
