Gameplay
The game takes place in an engine room with various nails and cogs spinning all over the place. The room contains three different-colored cogs with a Bullet Bill imprinted on each. There is also a pink platform near the cogs, which rotates them in different directions. The solo player, who controls the large cog, has to make the other three players get hit by Bullet Bills, while the other three players on the large cog have to avoid being hit by Bullet Bills. If the solo player makes all three team players get hit by Bullet Bills, that player wins. If even one player on the team avoids being hit by Bullet Bills for 30 seconds, the team players win.
The player who controls the large cog has to make the other three players get hit by Bullet Bills while the other three players on the large cog have to avoid being hit by Bullet Bills. If the player makes all the three player get hit by Bullet Bills, that player wins. But if even one player in the player-field avoids being hit by Bullet Bills, the three players win.

Trivia
*Game Rules – "Three players: Try to avoid all of the incoming Bullet Bills. Single player: Spin the cog the other players are standing on."
*This mini-game shares its principle with Shock, Drop or Roll, found in Mario Party 2, with the Bullet Bill cogs replacing the giant turbine and the falling Bullet Bills as the means of eliminating the other contestants.
*Advice – "If one player remains till the end, the 3-player team wins. So, even if you are all alone, keep trying and don't give up."
