==Layout==
The level starts in a snowy area with a [[Seesaw Shroom (blue)|blue Seesaw Shroom]] with a [[? Block]] above it. [[Cooligan]]s are found sliding off of more Seesaw Shrooms, with a ? Block containing either a [[Super Mushroom]] or an [[Ice Flower]] depending on the player's current form above the third Seesaw Shroom. An icy platform is found, and many Cooligans are encountered on a slope. More Seesaw Shrooms are found, along with a Cooligan-spawning [[Warp Pipe]] and another ? Block. Another Warp Pipe spawning Cooligans is found, along with four [[Brick Block]]s. Seesaw Shrooms are found above [[Muncher]]s and Cooligans. The player then reaches some Seesaw Shrooms above a pit and the [[Goal Pole]].
