The player will not find any enemies when they explore the rooms, except for a single Inamazu. [[Wario]]'s goal in this level is to find a [[Switch Block]] which will turn the unreachable door at the beginning of the stage into the [[Goal Door]]. When the player hits the Switch Block however, the level becomes much more crowded with many enemies trying to hinder Wario from getting back to the start.
