When the minigame begins, the players are standing on a 2×3 slippery ice grid, with three Ty-foos behind it and two to the right, all facing the arena. Players must avoid being blown off the arena by the Ty-foos' winds, which are initially blown by one Ty-foo at a time; as the minigame progresses, multiple Ty-foos begin to blow wind at the same time. The last player standing wins.
Players try to avoid falling off of a slippery ice, arranged in a 2×3 shape, especially from the wind blown by one of the five Ty-foos, but as gameplay continues, several Ty-foos begin to blow all at once. The player whose opponents have all been removed wins.

In the minigame's Endless variant, there is no time limit, as the objective is simply to survive as long as possible. Achieving a record of at least 40 seconds in Endless mode unlocks the "Born in the Ice" achievement.
The Free Play mode in Minigame Bay has an Endless variant, meaning it has no time limit, and the player gets the "Born in the Ice" achievement from lasting at least 40 seconds.
