The Clock Tower is a location in the level The Case of the Rainy-Day Plot in Princess Peach: Showtime!, where approximately half of the level takes place inside it. It has several floors accessible by lifts. The Sour Bunch criminals have planted a bomb somewhere in the tower, and Detective Peach must find it before it detonates. When Detective Peach and the Junior Detective first come here, the first lift is out of action. They then need to solve a puzzle to get it working again. When they go to the second floor, another puzzle has to be solved; this time, it involves the criminals, whom Peach and the Junior Detective find. After they fix the lift, the criminals reveal that the bomb is in the bell. Peach and the Junior Detective arrive there just in time to throw it out of the tower. Once they do that, the level ends.
