A remake of [[World 1-1 (Super Mario Bros.)|World 1-1]] from the original ''[[Super Mario Bros.]]'', the player has to get to the end of the level.
While the main area remains unchanged, the bonus room is one block shorter, the [[Brick Block]] ceiling is replaced by bonus room terrain, and the top center coin in the arrangement is replaced by the level's Ace Coin. A Brick Block-styled [[Coin Block]] also replaces the third Brick Block in the top row of them there.
