[[Yoshi (species)|Pink Yoshi]] can swallow a Mega Guy, turn it into a [[Mega Eggdozer]], and use it to destroy a [[Warp Pipe|pipe]] that blocks an opening to a [[Whirly Gate]]. Once in the Whirly Gate, Pink Yoshi turns into a [[Mine-Cart Yoshi|Mine-Cart]] and needs to proceed on a series of platforms and Shy Guys to a goal ring where his powers wear off. He is then transported into an area that contains a [[Checkpoint Ring]] and an [[Egg-Plant]]. Onward, a Chomp Rock needs to be rolled up a slope with Shy Guys to destroy several walls of soft rock, after which it has to be brought further down a valley onto a bed of [[thorn]]s and destroy them to clear the path to the level's [[Goal Ring]].
