To the right of the player's starting area is a ravine; behind it is a ramp leading to an ice platform suspended over a pool of [[Freezing water]]. The player has to push the Bully on the platform off by attacking, much like a [[Big Bully]]. Likewise, the Bully will attempt to shove the player off the platform. Once it is defeated, the [[Power Star]] will appear in the center of the platform.
