==Gameplay==
This is a game of chance. Players take turns to pick a rope on the inflatable float. There are ropes twice the number of players, and half of the ropes each have Cheep Cheeps on them, while the other half doesn't. The objective is to pick a rope: if it has a Cheep Cheep, the player is safe (and, as a result, wins) - otherwise the player falls into the water and loses. If more than one player wins, they still each earn coins (however, it is a tie in the Duel minigame). If all players lose, it is a tie.

It should not be confused with the ''[[Mario Party 3]]'' minigame [[Cheep Cheep Chase]].

It is very similar to ''[[Mario Party 8]]'''s minigame [[Cut from the Team]].
