Each of these [[P Switch]]es has a character [[emblem]] on it for [[Mario]], [[Luigi]], [[Princess Peach]], [[Toad]], or [[Rosalina]]; only the character whose emblem is shown can press the switch. When the switch is pressed, in most cases a [[stamp]] appears, but the switches can also reveal a [[Green Star]] or a line of [[coin]]s.

==Notes==
*The only Character Switches that yield something other than stamps are the Toad switch in Sprawling Savanna Rabbit Run (which gives out a Green Star) and the Mario switch in Blast Block Skyway (which activates a line of coins).
*The Character Switches' stamps are always of the respective character's [[Small Mario|Small form]].
*Luigi's switch is the only one not found in a [[level]] with an alliterative title.
