The '''Chai Kingdom'''<ref>{{cite|language=en-us|date=1989|title=''Super Mario Land'' instruction booklet|publisher=Nintendo of America|page=3, 6, and 15}}</ref> is a kingdom in [[Sarasaland]] and the fourth and final [[world]] in ''[[Super Mario Land]]''. It is based on {{wp|Chinese folklore|mythical}} {{wp|history of China|feudal China}}, particularly the {{wp|Qing dynasty}}, down to the music for the first two stages being based on popular depictions of feudal Chinese music. [[Biokinton]] is the boss of the world, followed by [[Tatanga]], the final boss of the game.
