Wondering: Wouldn't this page and the Allies page be pretty much the same thing? Both of them contain people who have protected the Mushroom Kingdom at one time or another. Do you guys think we should merge them? --DarkInsanity (talk)

I think we should change this article to "Mushroom Kingdom" and only have characters (or species) that are directly affiliated with the Mushroom Kingdom in it (meaning characters from Rogueport or other lands should not be in this category, as they are not a part of the Mushroom Kingdom). Only characters like Peach, Mario, Luigi, Toad, Toadsworth, the Chancellor, and the like should be in this category. Other heroes or allies should go in the Allies category. Not all allies have protected the Mushroom Kingdom (such as the Kongs and the animal buddies). --Son of Suns 09:17, 12 June 2006 (EDT)

Add Mallow[edit]

If the page isn't merged, shouldn't Mallow be added? He did help protect the Mushroom Kingdom from Mack in SMRPG.

True, to the above unsigned comment.Dinosaur bob 19:49, 14 May 2007 (EDT)

Yoshi?[edit]

Just a quick question: does Yoshi's significant amount of aid in recapturing Peach's Castle in Super Mario 64 DS qualify him for inclusion in this category? Dinosaur bob 19:35, 18 May 2007 (EDT)

Yes, I would think so. -- Sir Grodus

I'll add him then. Dinosaur bob 20:09, 18 May 2007 (EDT)

Is this category really necessary[edit]

It's essentially the "same but more specific" of [[Category:Allies]] with a cringeworthy name, and stinks of 2007 fanon. Anyone else agree it should be deleted? --Glowsquid (talk) 18:41, 29 April 2014 (EDT)

Copy of another category with a name reeking of flowers. Dispose of it.--Vommack (talk) 18:50, 29 April 2014 (EDT)
