It is available as soon as the player unlocks World Star.

==Layout==
This level is unique in which Captain Toad is able to spin the course using various switches. This feature must be used to collect the [[Green Star]]s and get out of various situations. A [[Super Mushroom]] is found below the platform that Captain Toad begins the level on.
