She and her crew stole from the inhabitants of [[Chirako no Shima]] a bunch of [[Treasure (Wario franchise)|treasures]] and a giant golden statue of Princess Peach. Mario and [[Yoshi]] decide to investigate and find Wario who joins them to get revenge to the pirates that "stole" his plan to steal the statue (later, Luigi also joins them in the journey).
