The level begins with a small but long cloud platform where the player starts. Next to the platform there is another cloud platform, this time a bit shorter and bigger where a Red Koopa and a Spiny lies over there. Next to it there is another cloud with a lone Red Koopa. The player proceeds to a vertical moving platform and to a short cloud platform with another Red Koopa. Next, there will be three Falling Platforms and the first Advance Coin. The player proceeds to two cloud platforms one under the another. The top one has a Question Block, containing a Super Leaf; onwards is another vertical moving platform and a cloud platform with two Brick Blocks on the edges and one on the top-center containing 10 coins, and a lone Goomba. Afterwards, there are the Lifts from Super Mario Bros. and two other cloud platforms with blocks of 4 wood blocks on the right edge plus the second Advance Coin on the top one and a horizontal moving platform that leads to a cloud platform with two Red Koopas. Onwards there is another cloud platform with a lone Spiny and three Falling Platforms that lead to another cloud platform. Next to it is another Lift with the third Advance Coin and then there will be the last cloud platform with a vertical Warp Pipe on the top that leads to the second section.

On the end there are three small and long cloud platforms and a bigger one. If the player's Power Meter is charged, they can fly upwards to the very top of the level and find a lone cloud with a ? Block that contains the e-Coin. On the last cloud there is a horizontal Warp Pipe that leads to the goal section. The player enters the section from a Warp Pipe.
