'''Bullies''' are enemies which appear in [[Yoob's Belly]] in ''[[Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time]]''. They resemble a bull's head attached to two shoes. In the field, Bullies tend to wander aimlessly, but will charge at any intruders into their territory. In battle, a Bully charges at [[Mario]] or [[Luigi]], running off-screen, then returning for a second attack. This attack can be [[Jump]]ed over. However, if a Bully is attacked, it becomes angry. Additionally, the enraged Bully's attack power and running speed increases. The more a Bully is attacked, the stronger and faster it becomes. It goes through three phases, and on the third one, it goes very fast and gets a [[POW-Up]]. The effects of an [[Ice Flower]] "cools" a Bully down and returns it to its normal state.
