The form returns in ''[[Virtual Boy Wario Land]]'', where it is obtainable via a [[Viking helmet]], or by getting another garlic bottle once already in his normal form.

There are functional differences between Bull Wario in his two appearances, since he can stick to the ceiling with his horns in ''Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3'' but not in ''Virtual Boy Wario Land'', though the latter game gives him a considerable speed boost while barging.
