'''Brobot''' is [[Luigi#The Green Thunder, Mr. L|Mr. L's]] gigantic robot in ''[[Super Paper Mario]]''. He is created to be shaped like [[Luigi|Luigi's]] head. After Mr. L loses to [[Mario]] and his team in combat, Mr. L summons his giant robotic brother and fights Mario's team in a battle oddly similar to scrolling space shooters such as ''Gradius''. Once he loses, Mr. L vows to face Mario again. He has kept his promise, for he comes back in [[World of Nothing|Chapter 6-1]], after [[Sammer's Kingdom]] gets destroyed by [[The Void]]. His new improved [[Brobot L-Type]] has arms and legs this time and is more powerful, able to swallow Mario and fire rocket punches at him. However, Mario uses [[Boomer (Pixl)|Boomer]] to destroy Brobot.

==Battling Brobot==

In battle, the first Brobot fires homing missiles and straight shots at the party. The missiles can be destroyed by shooting them. Occasionally he uses a laser attack that projects from his eyeballs, but this can be dodged by flipping. He can open his mechanical mouth wide and inhale to try and suck the player in, then chomps on them.
Brobot L-type has very similar maneuvers, as well as the abilities of stomping and grabbing. If the player places boomer in range of his inhale attack, the pixl would be sucked inside and explode, doing a hefty amount of damage.

== Trivia ==

* Brobot's name is a portmanteau of "bro" (a shortened word for "brother") and "robot".
* Mr. L calls Brobot his "Metal Bro."
*Besides [[Shadoo]], Brobot is the boss with the most HP in the Game, even more than the final boss [[Super Dimentio]]. Surprisingly, he has more HP than his improved form. However, the laser gun Mario, Peach and Bowser use does damage very quickly, counteracting the high HP.
* "Mr. L"'s card description notes that he is a great inventor.
* The Brobot is the [[Magnus Von Grapple]] of the ''Super Paper Mario''. Magnus Von Grapple has an [[Magnus Von Grapple 2.0| evolved form]], and Brobot has [[Brobot L-Type|one too]].
* Mr. L calls Brobot his brother, but he calls Brobot L-Type his friend.
