It takes place inside of the [[crate guy]]'s [[crate]] shop, where the crate guy asks [[Mario]] to smash every [[crate]] in the building within 30 seconds for a prize. If Mario fails to smash them all, he can leave and reenter the building to retry it. Once every crate is destroyed, the crate guy congratulates Mario and rewards him with a [[Shine Sprite]]. Smashing the crates and then talking to the crate guy only causes them to respawn as soon as the timer begins. Completing Boxing Clever 1 unlocks a harder variation, [[Boxing Clever 2]].
