The '''Bowser vs. DK Tour''' is the forty-third tour of ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]'', which began on May 5, 2021, and will end on May 18, 2021. This tour is the third to feature a Team Rally event, pitting Team [[Bowser]] against Team [[Donkey Kong]]. This is the first tour in the game that did not introduce any new drivers. It is also the first tour since the [[Jungle Tour]] to not introduce any course variants or new courses, and the second tour after the [[Snow Tour]] to have two special pipes. This tour's Coin Rush course is [[Airship Fortress|DS Airship Fortress]], which was reused from the [[Pirate Tour]]. The menu's background features the airships from Airship Fortress as the landmark for this tour, which was also reused from the Pirate Tour. This is fifth tour, in which there are all four variants retro or RMX track, in this case [[Royal Raceway|N64 Royal Raceway]].

A fifth set of [[List of challenge cards in Mario Kart Tour#Expert Challenges|Expert Challenges]] was made available at the start of this tour.

Starting from this tour, [[Penguin Mario|Penguin Luigi]], [[Dixie Kong]], and [[Nabbit]] are now available in regular tour pipes, including the All-Clear Pipe.
