Anything that lands on them bounces very high, including enemies. Their appearance is reminiscent of [[Cloud Block]]s, as both are white fluffy clouds featuring a smiling face in the middle.

A similar type of cloud known as the [[jump-over cloud]] appears in ''[[Super Paper Mario]]'', where they are only found in [[The Overthere]].
