First, the player has to successfully complete the assault course. It begins with wooden fences which either need to be ducked under or jumped over. After this part, the Form switches to The Elephant, and the player has to shoot fruit in the giant nose boss's nostrils before it runs into them. In harder stages, the nose attacks the player by shooting at them. The player plays as their [[Mii]].

==Notes==
{{Dribble and Spitz's Microgames}}
*The fruits that the player's Mii shoots (bananas, cherries and a peach) are the same fruits that the robot eats in [[Nose Dive]], a boss stage in ''[[WarioWare: Twisted!]]'' and ''[[WarioWare Gold]]''. In ''WarioWare: Twisted!'', they are also used in the same order across all three difficulty levels. These microgames both involve defeating a giant nose.
