| | Bone Dragons are large dinosaur skeletons that Yoshies encounter underground in the game Yoshi's Story. Bone Dragons spit fire and can sometimes be found in groups of three. The weak spot of a Bone Dragon is found on their head, meaning a Yoshi will want to Jump on top of them and Ground Pound to defeat them. Another way to defeat a Bone Dragon is to hit them multiple times with eggs. |

| Bone Dragons are large hydra-like dragon skeletons that Yoshis encounter in the Bone Dragon Pit in Yoshi's Story. Bone Dragons usually block a Yoshi's way, and to get past one, the Yoshi has to either throw eggs at its head or ground-pound it, with either method taking two hits to defeat the Bone Dragon. Bone Dragons are not completely defenseless, however, as they can attack the Yoshis by occasionally spitting a fireball at them. In a couple of cases, a Yoshi encounters a three-headed Bone Dragon, complete with a body. Touching the body does not hurt the Yoshi. Each of the heads takes two hits, and defeating the Bone Dragon earns Yoshi three melons.
| | An underground cavern on Yoshi's Island, called the Bone Dragon Pit is also explored in Yoshi's Story; as it's name would imply, the Bone Dragon Pit is infested with Bone Dragons. Super Smash Bros. Brawl has a sticker of a Bone Dragon that raises attack by thirteen. It can only be used by Yoshi, Wario and Pokemon Trainer. |
