Bomb-Bats are enemies encountered in the game Virtual Boy Wario Land. They can be described as bats that hold spiked bombs with their feet. Their color cannot be accurately described within the game, since the Virtual Boy only has the ability to display images in black and red (or alternatively black and white in a raw game rip). However, their artwork portrays them as blue-bodied with yellow ears and wings, holding a red bomb. They are encountered in most of the levels in the game, being a common and basic enemy. They are found in open areas with plenty of room to fly around.

When a Bomb-Bat catches sight of Wario, they will fly out from the background of the level from where they reside, and will fly in within a small area near the ceiling. They will wait until Wario is within range, they will then drop the spike bomb on Wario. If it misses, the bomb will bounce along the ground in the direction that Wario is in until it either hits the protagonist, or arrives at a wall or object other that Wario. Either way, it will explode on contact, causing damage to Wario if it hits him. Now with limited means of attack, the Bomb-Bat will fly into the background again to retrieve another spike bomb, and the process will repeat itself. Wario is able to defeat these enemies by a Barge, or by the flames of Sea Dragon or King Dragon Wario. They cannot be stunned.
