It was originally a color scheme for the [[Biddybuggy]] in ''[[Mario Kart 8]]'' and ''[[Mario Kart 8 Deluxe]]''; however, the kart returns as a separate vehicle in ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]'', where it is classified as a Normal kart and serves as a variant of the Biddybuggy. In this game, it was introduced in the [[Tokyo Tour]] as a Tour Gift for Gold Pass members. Like the Biddybuggy, it uses the [[Standard (tire)|Standard]] tires from ''Mario Kart 8'' and ''Mario Kart 8 Deluxe''. Also like the Biddybuggy, this kart increases the duration of [[Slipstream]] boosts and the points earned for performing Slipstreams.
