Bleu is an artist with a stereotypical French accent in Super Paper Mario. He lives on the first floor of Flopside with his daughter Lily, who secretly wants to be an actress. Bleu's name is French for blue, the color he wears and the color of his skin. His Flipside counterpart is Sacre, and together their names form the well-known French phrase Sacrebleu.

Bleu's role in the game is to give Princess Peach haircuts in the form of a ponytail. As Bleu states, these haircuts are hard to maintain, so whenever the player changes characters, uses the Return Pipe or goes up an elevator, the hair changes back to its original style.
Bleu is an artist with a stereotypical French accent in Super Paper Mario. His role in the game is not major, but he does have a part in Peach's hairstyle. If Princess Peach talks to him throughout the game, she can get a new hairstyle, but only at the end of the game will Bleu be talented enough to keep it that way. It does not give her that much of a change, but she will move slightly faster. Bleu lives on the first floor of Flopside with his daughter named Lily, who secretly wants to be an actress. Bleu's name is French for "blue", the color he wears and the color of his skin.
Trivia
*Bleu and his Flipside counterpart's names combine to form a well-known French phrase: Sacre bleu!, which is used for, "Oh my goodness!"  The phrase literally translates to "Sacred Blue", since the Virgin Mary's outer veil is oft painted blue in Catholic art.
*The new hairstyle Bleu gives Peach looks only marginally different from her original hairdo, at best.
*Bleu says that Peach's new hairstyle is difficult to maintain, and he is correct: the hairstyle changes back to the original if the player changes characters.
