If left alone, Biff struggles lifting the barbell but manages to succeed after a while if left alone, but the barbell can hurt Luigi upon being put down. Luigi can attack Biff by hitting a punching bag at him, angering Biff, who begins to swing his arms at Luigi, costing the latter twenty [[Heart Point|HP]] if hit. After the second hit, Biff attacks quicker, then after a third time, Biff collapses on the floor, exposing his heart and becoming vulnerable to the [[Poltergust 3000]].
