They also appear as the first enemies encountered in ''Minion Quest: The Search for Bowser'', where they are fought in the level [[Go, Goomba, Go!]] They are Melee troopers and attack by charging into opponents. Their [[Special Skill (Mario & Luigi series)|Special Skill]], Mega Tackle, allows them to charge quickly into a targeted opponent, causing more damage than a regular charge. Several Beanies also attempt to attack the [[Koopalings]] when they not only intruded upon their turf but also proceeded to ignore them, although the Koopalings (who were otherwise occupied discussing how to find Bowser) managed to easily subdue them before intimidating them into fleeing.
