==Overview==
Barrel Baron is played from the Extra Room. The player carries a pickaxe with them, trying to uncover as much oil as possible. When they feel a rumble (represented as a "!", "!!", and/or "!!!" over their head if the Rumble Feature is turned off), the player hits the ground with their pickaxe three times, revealing a small, medium, or large stream of oil, worth one, ten, and 100 [[point]]s, respectively. Having the following number of points earns the player the following ranks:

*0–49: Gas Station Patron
*50–99: Gas Station Attendant
*100–199: Gas Station Owner
*200–299: Oil Well Wisher
*300–309: Oil Baron
*310–319: Oil Duke
*320–329: Oil Prince
*330–339: Oil King
*340–350: Oil Tycoon
*350+: Oil Star
