==Gameplay==
==Gameplay==
The character uses a sponge to clean the dirty Chain Chomp. There are five spots of paint that cover it, and the player must clean all of them to win. After the player cleans a spot of paint on the Chain Chomp, it turns around to where there is another spot of paint. The player that cleans all the spots of paint first wins. In ''Mario Party 8'', if no player finishes within five minutes, the minigame ends in a tie.

==Trivia==
[[File:At the Chomp Wash close-up.png|thumb|A black void is behind the fence near the Chain Chomp in ''Mario Party 8''.]]
*In ''Mario Party 8'', as the camera pans toward the Chain Chomp at the start of the minigame, one can see a black void in the background and behind the gate (if looked closely). This is also visible during the ending/results. This issue was fixed in ''Mario Party: The Top 100''{{'}}s version of the minigame.
