Amplifried is a single-player minigame in Mario Party Advance.
Amplifried is a single-player minigame found in Mario Party Advance.

Overview
Gameplay
The minigame opens with two Amps preparing to generate electricity between one another, but the player character dodges before they can be affected.
The player is standing on a small platform and must dodge the Amps' electric shockwaves for as long as possible until the player gets shocked. The player will get twice as many points by standing close to the Amps without getting shocked. If the player gets very near to the Amps' shockwaves, the player will get the doubled points.

The gameplay involves dodging electrical blasts created by four Amps, earning the player points, or even more if they avoid the blasts nearby. Amps move around the board after every blast. As gameplay continues, more Amps generate electricity at once, so the player character has less room to avoid them. The minigame ends when the player character gets shocked. Shroom City mode and Mini-Game Attack have specific objectives of needing 300 and 1,000 points to clear, respectively.
This gameplay is very similar to that of the minigame Shock Absorbers from Mario Party 5.
