[[Mario]], [[Luigi]], [[Toad]], and [[Princess Peach|Princess Toadstool]] encountered members of the 8 bits in almost every location they visited, be it in the desert, clouds, or tundra. Shy Guys are the most numerous members of the 8 bits, and they or their giant-sized brothers are seen in every level. The Snifits are also found in most levels, but Beezos only appear a few times. Also Ninjis and Tweeters were quite common. But unlike them, Flurrys only appeared in the ice levels along with the whales. In the remake ''[[Super Mario Advance]]'', a new subspecies of Shy Guys and Ninjis were introduced to the 8-Bits as '''Giant Shy Guys''' and '''Giant Ninjis'''. |
