My town itself is really small, but the whole micropolitan area has around 30,000 people. The movie I saw was Monsters University (a pretty good film actually), which just came out a few days ago. There was no one else in the theater so I was thinking "Private screening yay" and then a few more came in right after the ads ended. But really, I've never seen a movie as new as this get such a low attendance. If you asked when I was leaving for my trip, then it's this weekend. I don't usually plan my edits, I have some thing that I will do on my userpage, but usually I just occasionally hit random page and see if I can find a mistake or revert vandalism. Also have you seen MarioWiki:BJAODN and MarioWiki:Proposals? I think you might like those, especially the former. Yoshi876 (talk)

To make a proposal you basically decide what category it falls under, then you edit that section making your proposal an why you think it's a good idea, basically when I make mine, I usually copy the deadline and proposer stuff from another proposal but change it accordingly. But obviously just look at how others are structured so you know how to structure yours. And BJAODN is the place where really bad, but funny edits are archived. It's quite a laugh to read through, and I have even found some stuff to go in there. Yoshi876 (talk)

Rule 15 states that there shouldn't be proposals about making new articles unless there is a major disagreement on whether it should be added. I don't think anyone on the wiki would say no to that page so I suggest to just go ahead and make it. Yoshi876 (talk)

I went through upper Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan while coming back from the city yesterday and they're all the same; just miles and miles of forest with another car passing by every half hour....it might sound cool but the scary part is the isolation. Hello MarioKartManiac. Unfortunately, the series doesn't warrant a page, as it's minor to the Super Mario (series) page. If you look at the deletion log at New Super Mario Bros. (series), then you'll see that it can been deleted many times before. If you did wish to continue with it, then I suggest that you create a proposal first, in order to gain community approval.

Apologies for the delayed response. The thing is, the Super Mario (series) page already covers all those the games that fit in the naming class "Super Mario", including the "New" installments. It doesn't need to be broken up, the way I see it. Also, the games you mentioned such as Super Mario Kart are already part of a different series all together, because the naming convention was changed for the latter Mario Kart titles and emerged as it's own series.

I'll be able to obtain some screenshots sometime next week.

Unfortunately not, I can't afford one so I'm hoping to get one as a birthday or Christmas present. If and when I get my hands on a 3DS, my games of choice would be (at least one) Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, Pokemon X and Y, and Animal Crossing New Leaf. And yeah, I agree, the Double Dash Rainbow Road theme is the best out of all of them.

Yeah, I agree that MK7 is a pretty good game. Neverplayed LMDM though....My birthday is in November, so most of the time, my birthday and Christmas presents get combined. But still, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a 3DS. The only problem is that I can afford games but not a console... :\ In the meantime, I guess I'll cheer myself up by working on my colossal Minecraft project.

Sorry for the lack of a reply. I was inactive for the last few days. Anyway, the reason I decide to use "Mario" instead of "the player" is that it avoids a potential pronoun problem ("they" doesn't agree with "player" and "he or she" sounds odd). And also, I recall that "Mario" was used in other level related articles even if Luigi had the option to be playable, so it made sense for me to use "Mario".

He/she looks even messier than he or she. I use "he or she" at the last resort. I replace "the player" with Mario in many level articles I come across, especially if the wording is inconsistent. In Super Mario 64 related pages, for instance, I do this, and I think it's a good idea to do so.

I've been asking myself that question for the past year....I realized you asked about Pikmin last time and I didn't see it, so without giving too many spoiler details:

In Pikmin 1, you take the role of Captain Olimar who crash-lands on a strange planet while exploring in space; you discover Pikmin (three colors, red, blue, yellow each with their own strengths and weaknesses), and with there help you have to recover all the pieces of your spaceship which are scattered across the planet.

In Pikmin 2, Olimar must return to the planet with his colleague, Louie, and collect treasures to pull their shipping company out of debt. Two new Pikmin, (purple and white) are introduced in this game.
