Loco Express from Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars.
Loco Express is an attack used exclusively by Booster, along with Spritz Bomb, in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It is an Offensive Magic attack, and there is nothing that Mario or any of his allies, i.e. Mallow, Geno or Bowser can use to protect themselves from the attack. This attack only hits one person per move.
