Shell Shield is a defensive move that Koops learned in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. 4 FP is required to uses this move, also the Player must level Koops to the Super Rank. To successfully uses this attack the player must press the 
Button when the cursor is closer to the center of the gauge. Depending how close it is to the center, the Shell will have 2 to 8 HP.
