The Casino is a sub-level of Hotel Delfino (which is itself a sub-level of Sirena Beach) in Super Mario Sunshine. Here you fight King Boo. It also includes two jumbo slot machine in which you can win coins or produce a Boo by spraying it with water. There are also other slot machines that you can ground pound to get more coins. There is also a tile set and you have to match to go to a secret stage. A roulette is in the center and in the fifth mission you Ground Pound a special tile to fight King Boo.
Once you enter this area, you can't leave.
