Spearheads are spear-shaped enemies of Wario that appears both in Wario Land 3 and Dr. Mario 64.
In Wario Land 3, Spearhead was an enemy seen often within ships. It bears a resemblence to Pirate Goom from Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land and Wario Land II, and their attack methods are near identical. As a matter of fact, certain media suggests that Spearhead is a variety of Goom.
In Dr. Mario 64, it was the first and easiest enemy both Dr. Mario and Wario face.
Spearhead looks like a blue blob with feet (but no legs), two large black eyes with white pupils, and a spear for a nose.
