Hand, Line and Sinker is a 1-vs-3 mini-game found in Mario Party 3.
Gameplay
Three players dressed like fish has to avoid being caught by the other player while the other player has to grab all the players in the water by reeling them. If the 3 players avoid the other player's reel hook, the three players win. But if the other player grabs all the players in the water, that player wins!!
