Time Out

Time Out is the name of a special move given to Mario by the Star Spirit, Klevar, in the game Paper Mario.
Similar to the Stop Watch, Time Out can immobilize large groups of enemies for a few turns. However, just like another Star Power, Lullaby, it might not always work.
Time Out costs 2 Star Energy bars.
