Confusion

I'm confused... how did this nomination fail? It has way more supports than opposes... Am I missing something? Fawfulfury65

In the proposal Tucayo wrote "Time Q pointed out a flaw. So, the only nominations that will be deleted are the ones that have lasted for more than 4 months, and that have at least a .5:1 opposers to supporters ratio." I just saw the N1, don't kill me. Anyway, I thought the proposal was something about "if the article isn't improving or something like that in 2 months, then it fails."
