Alright, this is a sample entry of a proposal that I created for Knife. Be aware that the entry number is not the actual number. The entry contains the following parameters:
- Entry number - the number of the proposal in chronological order.
- Title - the name of the proposal which contains a link to the proposal's sub-page.
- Proposer - the user(s) who made the proposal. The names of the users should be linked as their current name, not necessary their name from proposal.
- End date - when the proposal ended.
The color of the entry basically tells you the condition of the proposal (only green and yellow proposals are currently enforced):
- Red (enter as "Salmon) - Failed, no change was made.
- Green (enter as "LightGreen") - Passed, change was made and result is currently enforced.
- Yellow (enter as "Gold") - Proposal itself failed, but proposed changes are currently enforced.
- Blue (enter as "SkyBlue") - Passed, but is no longer enforced or applicable.
- Grey (enter as "Silver") - Proposal cancelled by proposer.
- Purple (enter as "Orchid") - Proposal cancelled by admins.

- POSTED - Due to a new rule of leaving the proposal in public sight for a day before proposal starts
- START - When the proposal was posted in the MarioWiki:Proposals, used as "POSTED/START" for earlier proposals.
- EXTENDED - Tells reader when the proposal extended.
- LAST EDIT - The very last edit that relates to the section before archiving.
- ARCHIVED - Marks the true end of the proposal, archived by proposer/other user.
