The Poltergust 4000 is Luigi's kart of choice from Mario Kart DS. The kart is the upgraded model of the Poltergust 3000, and is implied to be created by Professor E. Gadd. It is slightly speedy, with an average acceleration, and high handling, while the weight, drift, and items are low. The Poltergust 4000 is useful on tracks which are mainly on-road turf.
