Octopus

Octopus is a microgame found in WarioWare: Smooth Moves. It is based on the Game & Watch game Octopus, and it is found in 9-Volt/18-Volt's stage.

Gameplay

The objective of the microgame is to pick up the Wii Remote at the right time to snatch the treasure without the Octopus getting hold of the diver (who is Mr. Game & Watch, who is also the person the player is controlling). Depending on the difficulty, the diver will be near of far from the treasure. The player must pick up the remote when the diver is next to the treasure.

• 1st level difficulty: The diver will be right next to the treasure.
• 2nd level difficulty: The diver will be close to the treasure.
• 3rd level difficulty: The diver will not be close to the treasure.
