Rightside Down Galaxy

Template:Galaxybox Rightside Down Galaxy is a galaxy that appears in Super Mario Galaxy 2. The galaxy features gravity changes, represented by arrows in the background, much like the later Upside Dizzy Galaxy. Part of the galaxy may be played upside down, frontways (which is visually the same as a top-down view), and other directions. Enemies that appear in this galaxy include Goombas, Paragoombas, Purple Piranha Plants, Thwomps, and Incoming Chomps. The music changes depending on the direction of gravity. The Fire Flower makes its first appearance in this galaxy.

Planets

Main Planet

Inside this planet, shaped like wooden toys, the gravity changes depending on Mario's actions or the place where he is standing. A Warp Pipe in the ceiling takes the player to the Crate Planet. The Toad Brigade is found here. There is also another Warp Pipe that leads to a bonus area with a Fire Flower and crates. There is another Warp Pipe that leads to the Crate Planet.

Crate Planet

A Gearmo inhabits this planet and asks the player to use the Fire Flower to burn all the crates in twenty seconds for a Power Star, similar to the levels in the first game. The fireball can go through several crates at once.

Breaking the Laws of Gravity

Mario must traverse the planet avoiding the enemies and shifting gravity. At the end he must use a Fire Flower to burn some crates and reach the star.

The Great Crate Incinerator

Mario must change the gravity to reach a pipe in the ceiling near the beginning of the level. There, he must burn some crates with the Fire Flower to find a pipe that will take him to a planet full of crates where he can ask a Gearmo to burn them in twenty seconds to get the star.
