Fluzzard is a bird character that appears in Super Mario Galaxy 2. He appears in Wild Glide Galaxy and Fleet Glide Galaxy. In this game, Mario is seen holding onto Fluzzard just like how he did with Hoot in Super Mario 64 and competes against other multi-colored birds in a race throughout some stages. Players must control Fluzzard by pointing the Wii Remote in the direction they want to go.

- 'Fluzzard' is a portmanteau of 'fly' and 'buzzard', which is a type of bird.
