Gold Gearmo is a character in the game Super Mario Galaxy 2. It is a Gearmo with a yellow body and a golden gear on its head. It first appeared in the Boulder Bowl Galaxy in the mission "C'mere, Goomba". In the mission it is seeking someone to help him capture a Goomba in exchange for a Power Star he found in the trash. Apparently, he has great love for Goombas and enjoys collecting them and with Mario's help he managed to capture a new ferociously adorable one. After the mission is completed, Gold Gearmo can later be found hanging out on the Starship Mario.
