Whimp

Template:Species-infobox Whimps are miniature Whomps that appear in Super Mario Galaxy 2. They only appear at Throwback Galaxy in the mission "Return of the Whomp King". In the second phase of the Whomp King battle, the king will stomp a foot to summon Whimps. After that, the Whimps will instantly start chasing after Mario or Luigi. Once they get close enough, they fall face-down attempting to crush Mario or Luigi. Luckily, unlike other Whomps, they only take a point of Mario's health and don't give him an instant death. Also, they are more fragile than regular Whomps and break as soon as they attack, meaning, to kill them all, one of the plumbers have to do is get the Whimps to attack.

• Whimp is a pun on "wimp".
• Whimps are bassicly the opposite of Super Whomps.
• I has been rumored that Whimps were going to appear in Super Mario 64 but this has not been proven and it is highly unlickly that this is true.
